Our Approach

At the senior level, we coached leaders on core messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compassion in how the restructuring was communicated across regions. We consulted with communications, HR, and IT to design a seamless end-to-end process that left nothing to chance on the day of.
For the leaders tasked with delivering the news directly, we provided dedicated training that included layoff conversation frameworks, de-escalation scripts, empathetic listening tools, self-care guidance, and support materials, equipping people who had never done this before to do it with confidence and care. And for all team leaders across the organization, we delivered training on leading through difficult times: practical tools for maintaining motivation, psychological safety, and engagement in teams navigating loss and uncertainty.
